1. 适用范围 / Scope
本政策适用于 WEOUR、WEOUR OS、自有网站、电商平台接口及订单、履约、客户支持和运营管理相关系统中的个人信息处理。第三方平台自身处理活动受其各自政策约束。
This Policy applies to personal data processing through WEOUR, WEOUR OS, our websites, e-commerce platform integrations, and systems used for orders, fulfillment, support and operations. Third-party platforms process data under their own policies.
2. 处理原则 / Processing Principles
我们遵循合法、正当、必要、目的限定、数据最小化、安全和可问责原则。平台 API 可提供的数据不代表我们必须收集或长期保存；非必要个人信息应在数据接入边界丢弃、脱敏或最小化。
We apply lawfulness, fairness, necessity, purpose limitation, data minimization, security and accountability. Data available through a platform API is not automatically data that we collect or retain; unnecessary personal data should be dropped, redacted or minimized at the ingestion boundary.
3. 数据类别 / Data Categories
我们可能处理订单与交易信息、商品/SKU、履约状态、国家/市场、金额和币种；仅在履约、支持或法律义务确有必要时处理有限的姓名、联系方式、收货信息或身份/税务信息。
We may process order and transaction information, product/SKU information, fulfillment status, market/country, amounts and currencies, and limited names, contact, delivery or identity/tax information only where necessary for fulfillment, support or legal obligations.
4. 处理目的 / Purposes
包括订单与履约、库存和商品管理、售后支持、财务核对、安全防护、系统审计、合规义务和内部经营分析。个人信息不得用于不相容用途。
Purposes include order and fulfillment management, inventory and product management, after-sales support, financial reconciliation, security, system auditing, compliance obligations and internal operational analytics. Personal data must not be used for incompatible purposes.
5. 法律依据与平台规则 / Legal Bases and Platform Rules
我们根据适用法律以及相关平台协议、授权和指令处理个人信息。具体依据可能包括履行合同、遵守法定义务、经评估的合法利益以及在适用时取得的同意。
We process personal data under applicable law and relevant platform agreements, authorizations and instructions. Depending on context, bases may include contract performance, legal obligations, assessed legitimate interests and consent where required.
6. 服务提供商 / Service Providers
我们可能使用云计算、托管、安全、通信等必要服务提供商，并通过合同、安全控制和访问限制管理风险。当前核心业务系统使用腾讯云基础设施。
We may use cloud, hosting, security, communications and other necessary providers, subject to contractual, security and access controls. Our core business systems currently use Tencent Cloud infrastructure.
7. 跨境处理 / International Transfers
跨境电商可能涉及不同国家或地区。发生跨境传输时，我们将根据适用法律、平台要求和数据敏感程度采取必要的合同、技术和组织措施，并在需要时完成传输评估。
Cross-border commerce may involve multiple jurisdictions. Where international transfers occur, we apply contractual, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to applicable law, platform requirements and data sensitivity, including transfer assessments where required.
8. 保存与删除 / Retention and Deletion
我们仅在实现明确目的、履行法律义务或解决争议所必要的期限内保留个人信息。对平台消费者个人信息优先采用不持久化；确需短期保存时，应设置到期机制并及时删除或不可逆匿名化。非个人信息的订单、SKU、金额、状态、履约和财务事实可依法独立保留。
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for defined purposes, legal obligations or dispute resolution. For platform consumer data, non-persistence is preferred; where temporary retention is necessary, an expiry mechanism must delete or irreversibly anonymize it. Non-personal business facts may be retained independently where lawful.
9. 安全措施 / Security
我们采用身份认证、权限控制、最小权限、传输加密、日志与审计、数据最小化、备份控制和事件响应等措施，并根据风险持续改进。
We use authentication, authorization, least privilege, encryption in transit, logging and auditing, data minimization, backup controls and incident response measures, and continuously improve controls based on risk.
10. 数据主体权利 / Data Subject Rights
在适用法律和平台流程允许的范围内，个人可请求访问、更正、删除、限制处理或行使其他法定权利。若第三方平台控制身份核验和请求范围，请求可能需要通过相应平台提交或验证。
Subject to applicable law and platform procedures, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other applicable rights. Where a third-party platform controls identity verification and request scope, requests may need to be submitted through or verified by that platform.
11. 儿童信息 / Children
我们的企业运营系统和跨境电商管理服务并非面向儿童设计。若适用法律要求额外保护，我们将按相关要求处理。
Our business operating systems and cross-border commerce management services are not designed for children. Where applicable law requires additional protections, we will apply them.
12. 更新 / Updates
我们会在业务、法律、平台规则或技术控制发生重大变化时更新本政策，并至少每年复核一次。
We update this Policy when material changes occur in our business, law, platform requirements or technical controls, and review it at least annually.
