WEOUR / BUILD
Real systems. Real stores. Real warehouses. Built in production.
WEOUR OS is built in production, one system at a time. These notes document the decisions, the failures and the fixes.
A download button exposed one connected engineering problem spanning business identity, filenames, browser pagination and physical dimensions; the fix was to isolate the print document, not shrink the label.
The WEOUR OS principle that uninitialised and unreported inventory is not the same as zero, and why observed inventory is never central inventory.
